I hardly ever leave anyone a bad review but I must warn any business that might be considering working with this company before becoming a vendor. When a account manager first reaches out to you about a work order via phone they are supposed to state verbally what documentation is required from your business in order for you to receive payment from them, which accounting department acknowledged as well. My company completed a job for this company and they are refusing to pay us! I notified accounting department that the account manager didn't inform us verbally upon initial contact that these documents was required. Otherwise we would have sent documentation immediately up on becoming a vendor or decline to work with them. We work with several different property management companies so we know that certain information is required, as well as they are supposed to notify you of this before work order is accepted (verbally) the only thing that was stated to us again upon initial contact the very first work order that was received is that it would be paid net 10. When we were not paid in that time frame we reached out to this company accounting department and then this is what was stated after we completed the job already. When asked to speak with upper management they are refusing to relay any messages to upper management so that we could end business relationship with both parties walking away on good terms, instead they are refusing to pay us.Not only is it unfair for another business to not pay another business for completion of work it is also unethical knowing how hard small businesses work to make a living for their families.

CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!! THEY DO NOT PAY !!!! I don't give bad reviews but as a contractor I believe its my duty to warn other contractors before they get swindled like we did. Google reviews help us know who we can trust. Everyone deserves to know what they should expect. Take a credit card payment upfront.

I would not recommend working with this company at all. I had to take them to court to get paid. I won and they Still do not want to pay. I worked for them over a year drove all over Florida for them, did jobs in the middle of the night, or day, always there for them. I would pay all my workers upfront and all the material costs and wait months for payment. Not good people at all stay away.
